With availability of a 1,500 sq ft apartment, including a full kitchen, living room, bathroom, and three bedrooms, your guests can stay in designated spaces designed for comfort and convenience. Step out of the vintage apartments’ front door and onto the steps of the St. James 1868 courtyard.

Being in close proximity to the venue adds another level of convenience for bridal party and beauty vendors- from your rehearsal to the moment you get ready to walk down the aisle, your phone chargers, forgotten makeup and accessories, shower, and more are close-by in case of any wedding mishap. Our central location is perfect for exploring downtown Milwaukee, the Third Ward, and more to experience the amazing food, activities, and hospitality that Milwaukee has to offer.
