TIP #3 PRESENTATION IS EVERYTHING

No matter what flavor cocktail your decide or how you choose to name it, always consider how your signature drinks will be presented to guests! Incorporating your wedding theme and colors is a fun way to try out different garnishes whilst keeping a cohesive theme throughout your wedding day décor. There are so many adorable and useful ways to enhance your guests bar experience. Serve pre-batched cocktails, utilize custom bottles, double drinks as escort cards, and never forget to garnish!!!!

Matts Tips:

“We at St. James 1868 takes every effort in discussing not only what kind of cocktail but how it will be presented to you and your guests.  We've found that the simpler the cocktail, the better as this leaves plenty of room for an extravagant presentation. One brilliant way to jazz up your signature cocktail is to add a fancy garnish. A mint sprig to your Julep, a full orange wedge to your mimosa, an edible flower to your Aperol Spritz, or even a slice of dragon fruit to your rum infused cocktail are some brilliant and beautiful ways to go from unique to memorable. This drink acts as a precursor to your evening, providing an introduction to the night. Always remember to think… What kind of garnish will help elevate your signature cocktail?”
