Venue Search Questions

Although it is super tempting to start touring venues immediately, you will want to have a basic understanding of the size of the wedding you’ll host and your budget before you get too far into the process. You want to be able to fall and love and say YES, not Whoops, we didn’t think about that! Some important things to consider when you’re in the final selection of venues you’d like to tour:

  • Availability, depending on how set on your date you are

  • Size: What are the minimums and max sizes allowed

  • Options to host both ceremony + reception on-site (if you desire)

  • Access times to the venue?

  • What is the required end time?

  • Parking and accessibility information

  • Decor & Design restrictions (if you’re set on streamers or candles and the venue doesn’t allow it, you’ll want to know!)

  • Pet friendly policies

  • Is Food & Beverage included? If not, do they have preferred or required caterers?

  • What rental items are included?

  • Deposit structure

May of these questions we answer under our questions tab.
